1. Agreement and eligibility
ImLoopedIn is operated by Boundless Brain Solutions, LLC ("ImLoopedIn," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use ImLoopedIn for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. The service is not directed to children under 13.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your email, sign-in codes, and devices. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before granting or restoring access.
3. Organization accounts
Organization representatives may create profiles and publish events, posts, images, and promotions. You are responsible for having permission to represent the organization and for ensuring that published details, offers, and contact information are accurate and lawful. Each organization remains responsible for its events, transactions, and commitments to users.
4. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ImLoopedIn a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. This license ends when the content is removed, except for copies already shared by others or retained for legitimate legal or operational reasons. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content, including rights to photos, logos, and other people's likenesses where applicable.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not publish false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content; impersonate another person or organization; invade anyone's privacy; send spam; interfere with the service or its security; scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service; or use ImLoopedIn to promote illegal activity. We may remove content or limit access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
6. Events, promotions, and other listings
Listings are supplied by organizations and other third parties. Dates, locations, prices, availability, eligibility, and offer terms can change. Confirm important details with the organizer before traveling, buying, or attending. ImLoopedIn does not organize or guarantee third-party events or promotions unless we expressly say otherwise.
7. Third-party services
ImLoopedIn may link to maps, ticketing sites, organization websites, and other external services. Their own terms and privacy practices govern your use of them. We do not control their content, availability, or transactions.
8. ImLoopedIn property
Our name, branding, software, design, and service content, other than user-submitted content, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership or permit use of our marks without permission.
9. Service changes and account action
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security concerns, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including content rights needed for retained copies, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive account closure.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. ImLoopedIn is not responsible for third-party events, offers, sites, or transactions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and give additional notice when required. Changes take effect when posted or on the date stated in the notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
